Organizations
Do anyone know of organizations that work with developing Afro-Latino communities? I'm interested in going into international development and my region of choice is the Afro-Latino community, especially Colombia. Since, there aren't a lot of people that know about the Afro-Latino plight, I haven't come across organizations that hire people to do international development in those communities.

Development Assistance for Columbia
There are a number of organizations that have programs for Latin America and Columbia in particular. I am not sure what your specific interest is (that is what you want to do - civil society development, education, health, post-conflict, urban dev, etc.) But for starters there's:http://www.iadb.org/countries/home.c
